Fat to fit club

Are you overweight and feel embarrassed or worried about joining a gym or training with fitter clients. This 12 week course is ideal for you !

We train you in small groups of 6 at a time. You will need to have a BMI of 35 to start this course. The Goal is to lose one stone per month.

You will be weighed and monitored and supported throughout your journey from fat to fit. We will set goals for weight loss which we believe are realistic if you stick to your workout and meal plans.

If you do not achieve the goals you will be dismissed from the group and you will have to start back at week one.

Text us to arrange your free consultation with our gym manager, Paul Gamble. Paul will discuss your needs and advice you which trainer would best be suited to you. You can also choose your own trainer.

Female Only Sessions

We respect your need for female only space and can accommodate this. To book female only gym sessions/ hot fitness/ yoga / pilates please contact us . We are mindful that you may require that no males are on the premises during your stay, this can be arranged .

Gym - Self Use

Hire our gym for your personal use.

£7.50 per hour.
